DIVERSITY IS OUR STRENGTH

YOUR SPACE DESERVES PERFECTION

We have consistently made strides to support the diversity of our community and partner with corporations with similarly aligned values. In 2017, CSM was acquired by Gun Lake Investments (GLI), an economic development corporation owned and operated by the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi, a sovereign tribal nation. GLI manages an $80 million investment portfolio that includes financial services, real estate, and operating companies.

Since the acquisition, GLI has provided growth capital, access to strategic relationships, and expansion for the CSM leadership team.

With the help of their investment, we have been able to refocus our purpose and values through the following:

  • Extending our culture of self-awareness, enabling us to be honest with our staff and customers so we can focus on quality and mutually desirable outcomes.
  • Investing in cutting-edge technology that provides us up with detailed and thorough client data, which in turn enables us to make decisions with proven results.
  • Reducing redundancy and avoiding the use of complex “information silos” through the use of sophisticated institutional knowledge software that reduces single points of failure existing within traditional custodial management and staffing models.
  • Improving our team cleaning methodologies, while providing a greater degree of employee engagement and accountability, resulting in employee ownership and recognition of a job well done.
